So I have been at the Savvy Blogging Summit since Thursday and I get this picture texted to me at 9pm on Thursday night! What, Dillon is not only up 2 hours past his bedtime, but he's at a rodeo? I guess it's true....when the cats away, the mice will play. :)

Baby Kisses are the Best

Last night Mike and went to Red Rock to see Ray LaMontagne - great show! So, Dillon had a sleepover with Gigi and Poppy and had a great time. Here is a picture of him walking Monty in the morning. Mike and I slept in until 9am to our surprise, so we woke up and went straight over to get our little monkey this morning. He covered each of us with kisses and hugs, it was the cutest thing. I wish I had a video of it, he gave me about 30 kisses, rubbing his cheek on my cheek and a bunch of hugs. Best morning ever! I missed him that much too :)

I can't wait to have two little boys giving me hugs and kisses.

My little builder

I come into work every morning with a funny story about my little guy Dillon so I thought I would start a blog to share them. I'll invite my better looking, funnier, more interesting husband to write posts too. Especially since he has a terminal degree in creative writing. Anyhoo, here is what happened this morning.

My husband usually brings D to work so I get pretty clingy right before I leave. All I wanted was a sweet little kiss from that adorable face and guess what was distracting him so much he didn't even know mommy was in the room...a tampon box. He was consumed with taking them out of the box and putting them back in. We tried to take them away, but only screaming and crying ensued. It was hilarious and I decided that just tackling him with kisses was my only defense :)
